Case types and documentation
Every case type is handled through the same intake, across sixteen offices, with imaging on site.
- Lien and letter of protection — accepted; send the LOP with the referral.
- No-fault (NF-2) — we file and coordinate with the carrier.
- Workers compensation (C-3) — WCB-authorized care and adjuster coordination.
- Private and commercial insurance — most major plans, on an out-of-network basis.
- Records requests — handled through Provider1st with HIPAA authorization.
- On-site MRI — Siemens Espree 1.5T at New Hyde Park, 48-hour report turnaround.

In New York, an injured worker does not need a referral to see a WCB-authorized doctor. We work directly with carriers and case managers and handle the paperwork.
